I am an 18 year old Middle Eastern and Italian queer artist from the western suburbs of Sydney (Dharug land). I recently was a participant in “Stories From The Heart“ at ATYP, supported by Wear it Purple and Sydney World Pride which provided me a space to authentically share my stories and experiences. Through this, I was inspired to keep working with Wear it Purple to be a part of creating those spaces for young queer people like me.
